2. Products & Services

We sell custom-designed products that are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service.

All products are made to order. Because of this:

We do not keep inventory
Slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur
Product images are mockups and may differ slightly from the final product

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and/or third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

Production time
Shipping carrier delays
Holidays or unforeseen events

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The product is defective
The product arrives damaged
The wrong item was received

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence. Approved refunds or replacements are handled according to Printful’s return policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and images — is owned by Prehistoric Pets and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted by Wix and uses third-party services such as Printful for fulfillment.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or services of third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
