Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Prehistoric Pets. Because our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printful, we have a specific return and refund policy outlined below.

Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are printed and fulfilled on demand. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’re happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Include your order number

Once the issue is verified, we will offer a free replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit:

  • Confirm that the shipping address provided was correct

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

Printful will evaluate the claim, and if approved, a replacement will be sent.

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for undeliverable items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
